Very beautiful and very large home. Upstairs had a nice entertainment set with a large projector screen with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Fun pool table to play on as well. Home was well stocked with drinking water jugs, pots/pans, and dining ware. Beach access was very nice and we only saw people on the beach few times throughout our stay. Easy to travel to the Main Street where there was availability to purchase food, groceries, do laundry, etc. Homeowner and local caretaker were very helpful, and were able to assist us with answering questions, getting us rides, doing laundry, and bringing us any extra supplies we needed. Our only complaint was that the next door neighbors had many roosters (7-10 male roosters) who would crow loudly at nearly all hours of the night and day. The noise was most bothersome during sleeping hours, in the upstairs master bedroom. Regardless, we had a very great stay, that was well worth the price.

Excellent experience. The host was very professional and responsive, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything was as described in the listing. The location was convenient and check-in was smooth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

We had such a great stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the space felt cozy but still spacious enough to relax after a long day. The location was super convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and transport options, which made getting around easy. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and check-in/check-out was seamless. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu!

We spend a night here at the end of a dive trip, before catching a flight. Place is clean and cozy in great location. The view is excellent, there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around. The owners are very responsive with excellent communication None

What an amazing city view! Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Concierge was friendly too. The host was proactive, responsive and extremely helpful. Shower ran nice and hot, AC worked great and kitchen appliances were clean and in working order. Very solid stay.

Conveniently located in the city, this place was exactly as depicted in the listing. Super spacious and comfortable. Due to maintenance work, the entrance gets loud because of the equipment used and power goes out temporarily overnight but did not cause any issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

wonderful stay,, super clean.. fantastic jumbo TV.. great shower.. comfortable bed.. everything you could possibly need and a spectacular view with spacious balcony. The owner was great to deal with. walking distance to everything. can't wait to return. (can I buy the place?)..haha

Place is so nice and homey, perfect for family. Host is also responsive and very accommodating. I would love to book this again and recommend this to my friends as well.
