*** No smoking indoors *** Due to health and general well-being concerns, we have a strict non-smoking policy in the condo. Smoking in the apartment is a serious violation and will carry a penalty of up to USD 500. To conserve energy, please turn off aircon and lights when you're not in the room or in the condo. Also, for comfort, don't keep a too low temperature :) Included in the condo booking: - Full access to the condo for the booked number of guests - Clean linen and towels upon arrival. Linen for beds occupied. One bath towel per guest. Extra mattresses for additional guests. - Hot and cold drinking water. The first drinking water container (5 gallons, around 20L) for the water dispenser is included - Unlimited internet and Netflix Premium - End cleaning of the unit Additional services according to the current price list.
