Guest Access

Guests have full exclusive access to the whole condo.

First floor ------------- * City and Ocean view! * Living room, tiled, with comfy sofa. Wifi. UHD 4k smart TV with Netflix Premium. Aircon. * Kitchen area with ceramic stove, electrical oven, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, fan and essential utensils. * Dining area with dining table with 6 chairs. Hot and cold drinking water dispenser * Bathroom, tiled. Sink, water closet. Cold water. Fan. Shower with hot and cold water. Second floor ---------------- * Loft bedroom with two queen size spring beds. Windows with nice view of Cebu city, Mactan and the sea. Aircon. Cabinets. The unit is good for up to 10 guests, additional guest fee PHP500/guest and night from guest 7 and up. Total condo area: around 62 sqm

Other Details to Note

We recommend that you keep the unit tidy for your own comfort :) Some advice: * Don't wear dirty shoes or have dirty feet indoors. Feel free to bring indoor slippers :) * Throw garbage in the garbage room just behind the elevator To conserve energy, please turn off aircon and lights when you're not in the room or in the condo. Also, for comfort, don't keep a too low temperature :) Included in the condo booking: - Full access to the condo for the booked number of guests - Clean linen and towels upon arrival. Linen for beds occupied. One bath towel per guest. Extra mattresses for additional guests. - Hot and cold drinking water. The first drinking water container (around 19L) for the water dispenser is included free of charge. - Unlimited internet (and Netflix Premium) - Free luggage storage on the check-in and checkout day (as long as we have space) - End cleaning of the unit Additional services according to the current price list. Services like swimming pool, parking, adventure activities, tours, hairdresser, massage, shooting range, billiard, restaurants, and so on are not part of the booking, but are provided by other parties and in most or all cases have associated fees. Also, extra cleaning, extra linen and towels, early and/or late checkout and other services can be requested in accordance with the price list. Terms and Conditions apply. *** No smoking indoors *** Due to health and general well-being concerns, we have a strict non-smoking policy in the condo. However, it's allowed to smoke on the balcony (if any). Smoking in the apartment is a serious violation and will carry a penalty of up to USD 500.
